Sandi Tepper
Sandi Tepper is the Vice President of Technology Services for Provaré, where she oversees all client engagements. Her team helps clients improve the quality of their services and the productivity of their engineering teams by documenting and optimizing their business processes and reliability, as well as the availability and usability of their mission-critical data and documentation. Her team also helps organizations build successful QA practices for their products and services.
Sandi’s efforts have been key to Provaré’s success. Through her many years in wireless telecom, she realized that technology service providers experience the same quality and productivity challenges as technology developers, albeit from a different perspective. That realization has led Provaré to add offerings specifically designed for technology-enabled services and organizations.
Before joining Provaré, she held progressively more responsible engineering and process improvement roles in AT&T Wireless, Cingular Wireless, Bellsouth Mobility, and Dynetics, Inc. Sandi expends much of her energy keeping pace with the needs of her clients, as well as the industry verticals that have sought out Provaré’s (and her) expertise. She is considered a subject matter expert in business process improvement, data management tools, and business process optimization. She has built a reputation for successfully applying the concepts originated in Agile software development to her clients’ business processes, finding synergies and unique solutions to complex business problems.
Sandi also serves as CFO for the company. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama, where she specialized in electromagnetics, lasers and optics. She resides in Alpharetta, Georgia.
