Choose your QA team member candidates with great care! Candidates’ skills, knowledge, temperament, attitude and communication abilities are key – and they don’t come cheap!
Remember, a good developer may not make a good tester – so start with experience. Your first QA hire should be a jack of all trades. Can they test the software and break it as well as develop sound QA practices?
