Alpharetta, GA, December 15, 2015 – Provaré Technology, Inc. recently completed a comprehensive process mapping and improvement project for The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. This process map, which created a step-by-step planning guide for the Orchestra to use as it lays out each new season every year, demonstrates that good process is not restricted to technology and industry alone.
“We undertook this project for the ASO as a proof-of-concept,” says Bill Tepper, Provaré’s CEO. “Many individuals believe that process management is only for the production of good and services. We wanted to demonstrate that our process improvement skills can be brought to bear on anything, even something as esoteric as planning a season for one of America’s top arts institutions. I think we succeeded.”
