The age-old philosophy of business is that, to do the best work, you must have the best people, treat them well, and encourage open, frank and collegial relationships among them. Perhaps it’s because our founders, Bill and Sandi Tepper, who are married, are not only able to work together, but actually like working together. The corporate culture of Provaré grew out of what it took to make the company successful when it was just the two of them.
As we have grown, we have worked hard to maintain the same level of open communication and teamwork among our entire team. While the strength of Provaré lies in its skillset, its passion lies in its employee owners.
